 Amitabh Bachchan's first film in Kannada language , 'Amrithadhare' , is currently celebrating silver jubilee in Bangalore . Amitabh plays himself in the film . His is a role that conveys a message .On the occasion of celebrations for the grand success , the film's director , Nagithahali Chandrashekhar , praising Amitabh and said . " Signing Amitabh was not a marketing gimmick . He has conveyed a social message in the film - that three days of a meaningful life are far better than a 100 days of mere existence . " He added that the film will be released in Bombay and New Zealand , Australia , UK and Singapore simultaneously .
