Former showman Subhash Ghai's latest venture, the praisworthy, 'Black & White', has been granted tax-free status in Delhi.

'Black & White', featuring Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah and especially the highly talented debutante from the Bihar capital Patna, Anurag Sinha, is getting praises from many quarters.

However, 'Black & White' is performing below par at the box-office, despite positive word-of-mouth.
