The delays will hopefully , not take the shine off the 'MAMI' ( 'Mumbai Academy of Moving Images') film festival , which is now scheduled for March this year . The festival had been delayed in order to avoid a clash with the 'PIFF' ( 'Pune International Film Festival' ), which concluded recently .

This year 'MAMI' will pay special tribute to Prithviraj Kapoor and Italian director Roberto Rosselini , with a retrospective of their films .

This is the 8th year in succession for 'MAMI' . Shyam Benegal , one of the organisers , says that from next year , the festival will adhere to its normal schedule .
