Producer Matchindra Chate has filed a complaint in the IMPPA against Priyadarshan . Chate has alleged that Priyadarshan used the story , concept , lyrics and scenes from his 'Friendship' in 'Bhagam Bhag' .

Incidently both the films have been directed by Priyadarshan .
