'Krrish' Crane Case ! Matter Comes Up In Faridabad Court

A court case filed by R.K. Bhatia of Faridabad (Haryana) , against Rakesh Roshan's company , M/s Filmkraft Productions ( India ) Pvt. Ltd , for non-payment ( according to the agreed terms and conditions ) , came up for hearing in a local court on Friday . Producer-director Rakesh Roshan's lawyer appeared in court on Rakesh's behalf and requested that the matter be transferred to a Bombay court .

According to sources , Rakesh Roshan's company had on March 1 2005 , hired some cranes from Bhatia Crane Company , Faridabad , for the shooting of his upcoming Hrithik starrer 'Krrish' in Himachal Paradesh (Kulu-Manali etc.) . As per the the agreement , a sum of Rs. 7.50 lakhs was to be made to the crane company . However , despite many reminders Filmkraft Productions is still to pay an outstanding amount of 1 lakh 63 thousand and 464 rupees to Bhatia Cranes .

The matter will come up for hearing gain on 30th March .
