If the Bobby-Amisha-Arjun starrer 'Humko Tumse Pyaar Hai' is seeing the light of the day ( it is due for release this Friday) , the producers have only Shah Rukh Khan to thank .

The superstar went out of his way to get UTV involved with the film which had been in the making since some years .

UTV has reportedly bailed out the Moranis by acquiring the distribution rights for a price of Rs. 4 crores . Late Bunty Soorma , whose debut directorial venture this was , must be smiling up there !
