The producer of 'Aankhen' and 'Deewar - Let's Bring Or Heroes Home ' , Gaurang Doshi , arrested on complaints filed by his former girlfriend , Flora Saini , has been released on bail . Addressing a press conference last week , Doshi said he was innocent and a victim of conspiracy.

Reacting to the news that Aishwarya Rai had walked out of his film , 'Happy Birthday ' , the shooting of which was to commence shortly , Doshi said , "Even after listening to my version of the truth , she (Aishwarya) doesn't want to do this film , I can't do anything about it ."

He declared that with or without Aishwarya , he would go ahead with the planned shooting schedule of 'Happy Birthday'.
