Case Registered Against John For Negligent Driving , May Be Arrested

We had told you last night about John Abraham's midnight accident in Bombay's Khar suburb , as he was returning after judging a beauty (Gladrags) show . His motorbike (Yamaha No. HR 29 N 5009 ) hit two cyclists . While John is still in Lilavati/Leelavati hospital due to leg injuries , the two cyclists were treated for minor injuries at the Bhabha hospital .

According to the latest , a case of negligent and rash driving ( under IPC 279 and IPC 337) has been registered against the actor in the Khar police station of Bombay and he is likely to be arrested after he is discharged from the hospital , where his left foot is being treated for a serious injury .
