Although there was no official announcement to that effect , it was an open secret that the all-world rights of 'Tom Dick and Harry' had been acquired by Reliance-Adlabs .

However , the latest is that the deal has not gone through . Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. has now acquired the film's world rights .

While on the movie , though it has had multiple postponements , 'Tom Dick and Harry' is ( almost ) certain to release along with Anubhav Sinha's Dutt-Amisha starrer 'Tathastu' on May 12 .
