A sessions court in North Bihar's biggest town Muzaffarpur, has summoned Aditya Chopra, director Sanjay Gadhvi, lead pair Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai, for the kissing scene involving Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai.

According to our local sources, magistrate H.K. Srivatava has taken note of the petition filed by Sudhir Kumar Jha, whereby he pleaded that the above mentioned people were propogating indecency in the Indian society. A notice was also issued to the Govenment of Bihar and the cinema that exhibited 'Dhoom:2'.

Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Gadhvi, Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai have been asked to appear personally in the Muzaffarpur court, on or before 30th May 2007, to put forth their arguments, failing which further action may be taken.
