Shooting of Big Screen Entertainer's 'Omkara' is complete . Due for release on July 28 , the film is produced by Kumar Mangat and directed by Vishal Bharadwaj , who has also scored the music and background music and penned the dialogues . The lyrics are by Gulzar .

The film stars Ajay Devgan , Saif Ali Khan , Viveik Oberoi , Kareena Kapoor , Konkona Shensharma , Bipasha Basu and Naseeruddin Shah .
