Obscenity Case Against Milind Sought To Be Dropped

Milind Soman was then a leading model but today , he is an actor as well . An obscenity case filed more than a decade ago against Milind Soman and model Madhu Sapre , is sought to be withdrawn by the prosecution in public interest .

The prosecution told the court that there was no prima facie case against any of the accused which included the magazine in which the controversial advertisement was published .

However , a senior criminal lawyer of Bombay has sent a notice to the prosecution , opposing withdrawal of the matter .
