Ram Gopal Varma (fondly referred to as Ramu), is quite confused about the release date of his version of 'Sholay'.

Having postponed his 'RGV Ke Sholay/Aag' from August 24, after seeing the tremendous responce to Akshay's 'Heyy Babyy', Ramu is likely to go ahead even from the present release date of August 31.

As per our distribution sources, Ramu is extremely disturbed by the success of Himesh Reshammiya's 'Aap Kaa Surror', that has also popularised Himesh's version of the 'Mehbooba' song (from Sippy's 'Sholay').

For those who are not aware, the 'Mehbooba' song of Ramu's version of 'Sholay', is one of the highlights of the film, as it features the like of Amitabh, Abhishek and Urmila.
