'Yahaan' Director's Anti-Tobacco Film 'Amarjeet' , Balaji Follow Suit

The Indian government is still contemplating banning smoking in films and television serials . But meanwhile , Percept Pictures Company has already launched an anti-tobacco film with Lara Dutta playing the lead in it . Titled 'Amarjeet' , it is being directed by Shoojit Sarkar whose 'Yahaan' is due for release on 29th July .

While on the subject , Balaji telefilms has also made an educational film on the evils of tobacco . It has Rishi Kapoor , Urmila Matondkar , Neelam , Tusshar and Anupam Kher talking about the bad effects of tobacco consumption .
