Director Karan Johar has made it clear that contrary to the popular belief , his upcoming blockbuster 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna'('KANK') is not just about infidelity or a frivolous tale about extra-marital affairs.

According to Karan , " 'KANK' delves into the grey areas of all relationships. It also tries to look at the reasons why people get married and also looks at the psyche of those who look for love outside marriage. They don’t have it easy ; there is guilt and sadness there too. It is about people who are willing to talk about what's bothering them . In a way , 'KANK' is my take on modern human relationships ."
