Rumours were rife in the industry that Preity Zinta had walked out of Sajid Nadiadwala's 'Jane-e-Man' . What gave rise to the speculation was the alleged conversation of Salman Khan with Aishwarya Rai , unearthed through the controversial tape in which the actor is said to have spoken very derogatorily about Preity . Since Salman plays one of the male leads in 'Jan-e-Man' (Akshay Kumar is the other hero ) , it was felt by the industry people that Zinta would neither act in Sajid's film nor in any other film with Salman .

However , the rumour turned out to be baseless because Preity is very much a part of the starcast of the ambitious film . Its first shooting schedule was cancelled last month ( though Akshay shot for his portions ) in Bombay . The film will now roll with a foreign schedule . The shooting work of the cancelled stint will be done after the foreign spell .
