Much to the chagrin of all those who were hoping (in vain) for 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna' to flop , it is all set to beat the earnings of his last directed project in India ( it has already done so in UK & USA) . But that is not what we are here to talk about .

Shah Rukh Khan narrates an incident that takes place after every film of Karan Johar is completed . Says King Khan ," Once his film's shooting is complete , Karan invariably asks me the rushes and me what,according to me,needs to be cut.Ithen give him a list of deletionsbecause of the respect he gives me.But when I see the final copy,I see all those scenes intact in the film.He gives me the respect but not the authority to cut . Jokes apart , I realise then that those scenes could not and should not have been deleted . And then I feel , I shouldn't be teaching him how to make a film . Yet , after every film , it's the same story between us ."
