According to sources , Saif Ali Khan had to rush to an orthodentist after he finished his work in 'Omkara' . And why an orthodentist of all the people ? Well the 'Langda Tyagi' of Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Omkara' had to chew so much 'paan masala' in the film that Saif had to have his set of 32 cleaned of all the stains .

How else would he have smiled when he got all those glowing reviews for his performance in the film ?
