If producer-director S. Raamanathan is not unduly worried about the many years his 'Zaamanat' has been in the making , he has a reason .

The film oscillates between the present and the past . To his good fortune , all the scenes of flashback were shot when the film started around a decade ago . Which means , a younger looking Amitabh Bachchan in the flashback sequences may actually lend authenticity to the drama .

Says Raamanathan , " It was never planned that way . It's just a stroke of good luck that all those sequences were shot in the initial shooting schedules ."

'Zamaanat' has been scheduled to release on 3rd November .
