Salman's Surprise Visit to Support Artist Pradeep's 'Buddham Sharanam Gachhami'

The art aficionados who attended the exhibition were in for a pleasant surprise when Salman Khan walked in with his family, the Khan clan, Malaika Arora, Alvira , Seema Khan and niece Alizeh in tow, to see the artist's interpretation of the theme.

Salman was very appreciative of the paintings and was heard discussing the same with his family and artist Pradeep Verma. He also spoke in length about the inspiration behind his own paintings and his favorite colours and concepts.

Salman could also be seen joking with his niece, who was busy collecting mushrooms "Baccha, you need to adore the painting and not the mushrooms!

Besides the art connoisseurs, also present were Celebs Suchitra Pillai, Nethra, Ash Chandle and Niharika Khan.

Artist Pradeep Verma seemed very pleased with the support, and said, "It was a pleasant surprise to have Salman Khan attend the exhibition. He understands art, since there is an artist inside him"

When asked about the inspiration behind the theme, 'Buddham Sharanam Gachhami', Pradeep Verma said, " I feel since many years that there is something beside my heart. Buddha the enlighted one lived a life of austerity. This realization has made me discover my existence to the path of meditation, and I hope that my artworks sooth the mind and helps one discover the gentle state of inner peace.

And grinning from ear-to-ear with the success of the exhibition was the owner, Gautam Khatri of Suchitra Art Gallery.
