Actor Salman Khan has joined hands for a deal with mega production and distribution house, Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd, but contrary to recent tabloid reports, the nitty-gritties of the deal are still to be decided.

An official does confirms that Salman will be doing a film for Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd and it will be released sometimes in 2008. The shooting will commence early next year.

However, other details like the cast and credits are still in the finalizing stage.

While on Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd, their next release will be Imtiaz Ali's 'Jab We Met', starring Kareena and Shahid Kapoor and will release on 26th October.
