For those who felt that Hrithik Roshan would not suit the role of 'Akbar' in Ashutosh Gowariker and UTV’s ‘Jodhaa Akbar’, especially after people had seen him as a sexy, cool dude in ‘Dhoom:2’, the first trailer of the historical love story must have come as a surprise. The promo, being screened in cinemas from 12th October, proves that Hrithik looks dashing, even as the 16th century Mughal emperor. As 'Jodhaa', of course, Aishwarya looks heavenly.
It is reported that for a song picturisation, 350 dancers were employed, a record number for a Hindi film. So then, grandeur seems to be the catchword for ‘Jodhaa Akbar’. Rather, ‘grandeur’ and ‘spectacular’ get redefined for the big screen with the ambitious film!
