Ghai-Goswami's 'Red Carpet Films' Inks Deal With EROS

The newly formed company, 'Red Carpet Films Pvt Ltd.', has signed a deal with EROS International, to fund and co-produce four films under this banner, to be produced by Manish Goswami in partnership with 'Mukta Entertainments', in 2008.

As we already told you, Subhash Ghai's 'Mukta Entertainments' holds 50.1 percent share and Manish Goswami holds 49.9 percent in 'Red Carpet Films'. Cast and Credits being finalised to go on floor in early 2008
