The Pakistani film, 'Khuda Kay Liye', has become a runaway hit in the neighbouring country. Yes, this is the same film in which Naseeruddin Shah plays an important role. It was also screened at the recent IFFI in Goa.

'Kuda Kay Liye' is a fictional story of how muslims were treated in the USA, soon after the terror strike on the twin towers in America, in September 2001. It was released in Pakistan some months back and is raking in the moolah.

An interesting thing is that much after the pirated DVD's of the emotionally-moving film had flooded the markets, its producers released the film in the United Kingdom. And in four weeks, the film has grossed £1,10,000!

There were talks of releasing the film commercially in India too, but one has not heard much about it after that.

It is believed that 'Khuda Kay Liye' (International title : 'In The Name Of God') has already done a business of 5-crores in Pakistan.
