Rumours are rife in the industry that 'Family(Ties Of Blood)' , starring Amitabh Bachchan , will not make it to the cinemas on the scheduled date (23rd December) . Amitabh's incomplete dubbibg is being given as the reason for the cancellation .

However , the producers insist that there is no truth in the stories of postponement . According to them , the film was shot in synch-sound and , therefore , dubbing the dialogues was optional . If , indeed , there is no to dub the remaining portions of Bachchan's dialogues , the film will not be postponed . Otherwise , it would be impossible because it will be at least 4 to 5 weeks before Amitabh leaves home for the studios and recording rooms . That is , after he is discharged from hospital .
