Pradeep Sarkar is in full-swing with his next major project after his illustrious outing in Parineeta. However, after moving out of the VVC production house, Sarkar has shifted into a cozy home with the prestigious Yash Raj Banner. Although the members of the cast and crew aren’t keen on opening hteir mouths, according to sources, Sarkar is keen on having Jaya Bachchan and Anupam Kher play husband and wife. Furthermore, Rani Mukherjee and Konkona Sen Sharma, after a riveting performance in Omkara, have been cast as their daughters.

Furthermore, Abhishek Bachchan has been signed to play opposite Rani (once again), while there will hopefully be some fresh chemistry between Kunal Kapoor (of RDB fame) and Konkona. The story-writer of the film, which has yet to bear a name, is reputed writer Aditya Chopra himself.

Although Rani and Abhishek Bachchan have been together previously, and movie buffs will recall Anupam Kher and Jaya Bachchan pairing together in Hazaar Chaurasi Ki Maa; this could possibly by the perfect filmi family. All the best to Pradeep Sarkar and the entire crew of the film.
