Movie prediction for ´BADLAPUR´

The ‘Jee Karda’ song has become a rage while the promos have a dark, edgy feel to it. But the big question is – will the audience accept chocolate boy Varun Dhawan in a role which has shades of grey?

Our in-house expert and ace astro-numerologist Bhavikk Sangghvi predicts the fate of this Maddock Films and Eros International joint venture:

“The title ‘BADLAPUR’ is adding up to Number 27 – this octave of Number 9 (Mars) is a lucky number promising authority, power and command. It indicates that reward will come from the productive intellect. In simple words, names with this compound number at their back should carry out their own ideas and plans” explains Bhavikk.

“As per the numerological meaning derived, it seems the film will appeal to its target audience who like watching revenge sagas which has plenty of blood, gore and action thrown in” predicts Bhavikk.

“But wait…. (he continues without a pause)

“In the film’s posters, the name has been stylized and partially written in Hindi (Badla) with just 'PUR' in English which adds up to Number 16 - an octave of Number 7 (Ketu) which is an unlucky number containing warning of some strange fatality awaiting, danger of accidents and defeat of one’s plans. It is a sign that should be carefully noted and plans made in advance in the endeavour to avert its fatalistic tendency” Bhavikk states clearly.

“Having said that, fortunately the year 2015 which adds up to Number 8 (Saturn) is likely to prove lucky for most Number 1, 3, 5 and 6 people, places, dates, names etc. and our leading man Varun Dhawan (24th April 1987), Nawazuddin Siddiqui (19th May 1974), Huma Qureshi (28th July 1986) and Yami Gautam (28th November 1988) – all four come under this category” he adds.

“No prizes for guessing Varun will carry off the role of an ‘angry young man’ with much aplomb thereby proving his versatility as an actor; while Nawazuddin will give him ‘baraabar ki takkar’ with a menacing act”.

“Even the heroines Yami & Huma will stand out with earnest performances” he adds further.

“Last but not the least; for producers Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla (Eros) and director Sriram Raghavan their collaborative effort will be much appreciated by the critics and a certain section of the junta; and they should be happy about it” signs off Bhavikk on a positive note.
