Madhur Bhandarkar denies recent reports that he will directing serials for a popular TV channel. The 3 time National Award winning director says "I will not be directing the short stories. My company (Bhandarkar Entertainment Pvt Ltd) is involved in making serials and ads too and this department will be taking care of it under the able supervision of Ashok Pandit and Raman Kumar who are from the TV industry and understand the intricacies involved in making serials. We will be making 10 interesting short stories of 1 episode each for the channel."

After the box office success of 'Fashion', Madhur is soon going to be starting the shoot for his next hard hitting film 'Jail' in March starring Neil Nitin Mukesh in the lead.
