Based on the concept of the naughty 'Playboy Mansion', the makers recreated the Kyaa Kool Hai Hum 3 mansion which was set up in a popular mall in the suburbs.The KKHH3 mansion included 3 rooms based on themes inspired by Bollywood film spoofs - namely the "Lick" room & the "Lingham" room

Director Umesh Ghadge and the starcast Tusshar Kapoor, Aftab Shivdasani along with the music composer duo Sajid Wajud were a part of this 'Kyaa Kool Mansion', to celebrate the film's music, with chartbusters 'Jawani Le Doobi', 'Oh Boy' & the newly introduced 'Houseparty'.
