Notices have been issued by a Hardoi (Uttar Pradesh) district court to Aamir Khan, his father Tahir Hussain and eight other family members, based on a petition filed by Aamir's brother, Faisal Khan.

As per sources, Faisal Khan has charged them with chopping and selling tress on his property in Shahabad.

As may be recalled, Aamir Khan has been maintaining that his brother is suffering from schizophrenia.
