London, Jan 16 (PTI) British singing sensation Leona Lewis is all set to release a self-titled perfume later this year. The 'Bleeding Love' hitmaker won the British talent show 'The X factor' in 2006 and has been on the way to fortune and fame ever since.

Lewis wants to strengthen her place in show business by venturing into other enterprises like fellow singers Jennifer Lopez and Madonna.

The singer has teamed up with German cosmetic brand LR to create the fragrance and the star is excited at the thought of fans being able to buy her beauty products, the Contactmusic reported.

"I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to work on such an exciting project," she said.

Lewis will join celebrities like Britney Spear, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez with the launch of the fragrance.
