London, Jan 24 (PTI) From recent reports on Jade Jagger, daughter of Rolling Stones legend Mick Jagger, it looks like music runs in the family. Jagger's 37-year-old daughter recently quit her job as a jewellery designer to pursue what seems to be her true calling- music,the 'Contactmusic' reported.

She has formed a new production company, Jezebel - named after her own middle name - that works in music, fashion and art.

The company has plans to promote Jagger's own DJ work and the musical work of others. It has already done work for UK musical artists Lily Allen and Estelle.

Jade performed her first DJ gig in Barcelona on Thursday.
