London, Jan 22 (PTI) Even Hollywood royalty have not been spared by the recession and now it is none other than 'Indiana Jones' star Harrison Ford who has been forced to take a hefty pay cut. Ford felt the effects of the global economic crisis when he had to lower his fee for upcoming movie "Morning Glory".

Ford earns an estimated USD 13.8 million per movie, but keeping in mind the global down turn he had to slash his fee by almost half, according to British newspaper 'The Daily Express'.

A source told the publication, "Harrison has long been one of the movie industry's biggest earners but with the current economic climate, he's had to make sacrifices like everyone else."
