Sammir Dattani signs up Shyam Benegal´s next movie

Apparently, Shyambabu saw 'Mukhbir', was very impressed with Sammir's work and hence offered him the film. In fact, 'Mukhbir' also had Shyam Benegal's fav actor Om Puri starring as Sammir's mentor/foster father in the film.

The film is to be shot in Hydrabad again, where a large part of 'Mukhbir' too was shot. Sammir is already very famous in the South and is known as Dhyan there so going back to Hyderabad should be like a treat.

Sammir and Minisha Lamba will be seen together in this film once again after 'Corporate' where they had a special appreance together.

There were also rumours of them being "Just friends" during the making, they were spotted at various night clubs and parties and events together during that phase. wonder what will happen when these "friends" meet once again!
