New movie a bittersweet experience for Mickey Rourke

London, Feb 11 (PTI) 'The Westler' star Mickey Rourke has said the watching his next movie 'The Informers' will be a bittersweet experience as he will see the final scenes of late actor Brad Renfro. Rourke who won a Golden Globe, BAFTA and even received an Oscar nomination for his performance in 'The Westler' admitted that was eagerly waiting to see Renfro's last acting job in 'The Informers' which will be released later in 2009, Contactmusic reported.

The 25-year-old star died from an accidental heroin overdose in January 2008.

"He died a couple weeks after filming...And I had all my scenes with him," Rourke spoke about Renfro.

Heath Ledger, of the 'Dark Knight' fame also died during the same period just a week after Renfro.

Rourke said that he was sure that his co-star would have become a huge movie star if he had survived.

"He was wonderful to work with... He was a very talented young man," he added.
