Mumbai, Feb 14 (PTI) Actor Sanjay Kapoor, who has emerged from wilderness by playing the role of a failed movie star-turned director in Zoya Akhtar's 'Luck by Chance' feels that success is a relative term. "I have been around for 13-14 years. I may not have become a superstar like Shah Rukh and Aamir Khan. But I have had my share of successes like 'Sirf Tum', 'Raja'," Sanjay told PTI.

He said it was better to grow as an actor rather than taste success in the first film and disappear after three-four years.

Sanjay said having a successful older sibling (Anil Kapoor) in the same profession has nothing to do with his success or failure.

"It's true that there are comparisons. But you are what you are. My success or failure has nothing to do with my siblings," he said adding that Sonam Kapoor may be brother Anil's daughter, but she will be judged in her career as an individual actress.

He said he was overwhelmed by the response to his performance in 'Luck By Chance'.

"It was a comedy role and friends, family complemented me saying that I was brilliant and relaxed getting into the character very well."
