Superstar Aamir Khan's father, veteran producer Tahir Husain was served a bailable warrant, under section 420 of the IPC on 29th January by the metropolitan magistrate's court at Bandra in Bombay.

The latest development in the matter is that he was released on a surety furnished by sound recordist Madan Prakash.

As may be recalled Tahir Hussain is in financial problems due to his unreleased film, 'Dil Dhoondta Hai', and other films.
