Randeep Hooda, who will be seen playing Sarabjit Singh in Omung Kumar's upcoming film, seems to share an emotional bond with Sarabjit's real sister Dalbir Kaur. Insiders share that not only does she dote on Randeep, she even visited him on sets recently and invited him home for lunch.

An insider says, "Randeep met Dalbir for the first time in Mumbai, before they started shooting for the movie. When they were filming at Bhikhiwind, a town near the India-Pakistan border in Punjab, recently, Dalbir dropped in on the sets to meet Randeep. She shared stories of her and Sarabjit's childhood. This even helped Randeep prepare for his role."

The source further adds that Dalbir has invited Randeep to her house. "He has promised her that he will come over for a meal. They share a great bond now."

When contacted, Randeep says, "It was a pleasure to meet Sarabjit's family and friends in Bhikhiwind. Dalbir and both her daughters are adorable."
