Naeem Siddique, who is a true Gandhian follower, has decided to do something big this 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. He has made a film, "Hamne Gandhi ko Maar Diya," which revolves around two complete opposite ideologies, about two strangers who met in a train journey in the panorama of 28th Jan 1948, two days before the death of Gandhiji and events happened during the two days journey, have different impacts on these two individuals and reactions to the events forces to think who is right and who is wrong. When they reaches their destination and ends the journey, they got to know that Gandhi ji was assassinated and events happened after that becomes reflection of the two different ideologies. Today again such ideologies are expanding and in such times, this story once again becomes ideal to provoke thoughts of the followers of such ideologies. The film is written and directed by Naeem A Siddiqui, stars Jatin Goswami, Pratima Kazmi, Sameeksha Bhatnagar and Subrat Dutta and is presented by Touchwood multimedia creations.
