Chandni Raatein - Pernia Qureshi puts up a dance performance Chandni Raatein at NCPA

The dance recital with the theme 'Chandni Raatein...' held in Mumbai's NCPA was choreographed by Padma Bhushan Raja Reddy and Padma Bhushan Kumudini Lakhia.

Pernia is also a trained classical dancer and has learnt Kuchipudi and Kathak under the disciple of great dance gurus Raja Reddy and Kumudini Lakhia.

Pernia's B-town friends, who cheered her up at the event include Sonam Kapoor, and designers Nachiket Barve, Nimish Shah etc

Pernia, who was applauded by her intense and graceful performance said, "I did a show in Mumbai two years ago. I am familiar with the NCPA stage, but I have not performed solo in a long time, so I was nervous. I am glad it went off well."
