Exotic Bangkok & Pattaya Beaches Rue Missing Out On Bollywood Tourism!

It was just last year when a host of Bollywood films hit the screens, capturing the audiences imagination with their enchanting canvas. To name a few, Vashu Bhagnani's 'Kal Kissne Dekha', Shree Ashtavinayak's lavishly mounted 'Blue' and Salman's grand comeback venture 'Wanted' all had liberal footage from Bangkok and Pattaya.

Even this week's latest Yash Raj release 'Badmaash Company' with Shahid and gang moving around in Tuk Tuk, has a lot of Thailand!

Unfortunately, the continuing anti government protests (by the 'Red Shirts') and also the recent explosions in Bangkok, has seen many filmmakers deciding to postpone/remove Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket from their schedules.

Not only that, a lot of tourists, a sizeable number of them Bollywood tourists (who decide to visit Thailand after loving the locales in films), have also moved on to other South East Asian countries!

Well we can only wish for an early solution to the problem, so that Bolywood and its tourists return!
