 India has voted and chosen Priyanka Chopra as the country's most desirable woman. The actress and international icon topped the Times 50 Most Desirable Women poll that saw a whopping 21.35 lakh votes come in from different corners of the country.Soaring to new heights, breaking stereotypes and going where no woman has gone before, India's pride and America's sweetheart, Priyanka Chopra emerged on the Numero Uno spot.
The Padma Shri awardee, not only featured on the cover of Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world but was also special guest at the White House where she met Obama.
Apart from being an Oscar presenter, she is also a winner of People's Choice Award for her role in the hit TV series Quantico. The actress soon makes her big Hollywood debut as the anti-hero in Baywatch and now finds herself on the top of India's Most Desirable list. Says Priyanka Chopra," I am very flattered with the title and I am still trying to figure out the reason . I am just a girl who is simply doing her job.I am super confident about myself, and I am a good listener. I think people like that."
