Raghav Juyal became a household name after choreographer-director Remo D’Souza discovered him as one of India’s best dancers on popular dance show Dance India Dance. Remo was quite impressed with Raghav’s dancing skills and offered him ABCD 2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor.

Mahesh Tilekar, a Marathi film producer and director has been organising Umed Puraskar awards since the last two decade felicitating film and television actors. This year, the organising committee has finalised Raghav’s name encouraging him for his future endeavors. The event will be held in Pune on May 22.

Shraddha Kapoor and Pratiek Babbar have also won Umed Puraskar among others in the past.
