 Producer Chirag Shah and Mahaveer Jain had approached Imtiaz Ali to play the lead role in the film 'Dekh Indian Circus' which he rejected. But When Director Mangesh Hadawale narrated the script, Imtiaz liked it, but was not wholehearted on acting, and wanted to focus on his behind the screen performance.
As the film was completed, Producer Mahaveer Jain and Director Mangesh Hadawale approached Imtiaz and showed him the film; he saw the film and got emotionally connected with it. He was totally floored and delighted to watch the movie, as there are very good visuals. And all the aspects, which make a film good, are available there. Each of the actors from the movie have done a wonderful job, and he feels that this movie should reach a maximum number of people, as it’s a very well made entertaining and meaningful Cinema. There is no such point that people would not watch this movie. As per him it’s a Great Film, and felt if he could do something for this movie. Very few people know that, Imtiaz Ali is the presenter of the film ‘Dekh Indian Circus’, the only reason he agreed to present the film, is so that his name could enable, the film to reach out, to as many people as they can.
