Director Sajid Khan, who has two hit films in his kitty, is of the opinion that films are made purely for entertainment and do not have the power to change lives or make any impact on the society."Films don't change lives, nor are they made to change anything, their only purpose is to entertain. Cinema is a medium which makes you forget your worries and present a world which you can never be a part of," Sajid told PTI.
"The biggest hit in the world is 'Avatar' which is a fantasy movie. Films like 'Harry Potter' and 'Spiderman' are also popular because they present an imaginary world," the 39-year-old director said.
