Well, there are no ill or wicked intentions. Actually, Emraan has been in the process of acquiring a house in Goa for a while. And finally he has managed to. It is in fact a four-story penthouse, complete with gymnasium, swimming pool, terrace and an unobstructed view of the sea.

Emraan has confirmed it and adds that he will get posession of the property by the year end!
