The Bombay high court on 4th July dismissed the plea by Onyx Musicabsolute, a music portal, to restrain Yash Raj Films from selling, re-selling, distributing and marketing music rights of its 'Tashan' and 'Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic', after a dispute arose on who possessed the rights.

The court held that the website failed to make out a case for grant of any relief and upheld the rights of Yash Raj Films. The high court stayed its order for two weeks on a request made by the counsel for Onyx.
