Ram Gopal Verma's Company that went on floors in 2001, went on to redefine the gangster-drama genre in the country and continues to remain a much-remembered film even today.

The film marked the Bollywood debut of Vivek Oberoi. As a special surprise to his son on completing fifteen years in the Hindi film industry, Suresh Oberoi is gifting him a swanky luxury SUV.

Says a source, "Vivek has long been eyeing the Mercedes Benz-GLS which costs over a crore. As a special surprise his father booked one as soon as it launched in India in May. The luxury SUV was delivered to Vivek at a popular suburban studio where he is busy promoting his film Great Grand Masti."
