Mobile calls don´t scare me in real life: Khandelwal
- Raj Kumar Sharma           Let us know what you think about this story

New Delhi, Jul 13 (PTI) A mobile phone might have turned his life upside down in his debut movie 'Aamir', but in real life actor Rajeev Khandelwal is not terrified of attending phone calls.

"I'm not afraid of any calls in real life," he laughs. "Kyunki aadmi apni kismat khud likhta hai," he quickly adds a dialogue from his movie.

After popularity on small screen with his serials 'Kahin toh hoga' and 'Left Right Left', Khandelwal has made a successful leap to the 70mm screen with 'Aamir' where he plays the lead.

At a time when more and more Bollywood stars are turning to small screens, Khandelwal seems to have done a U-turn.

"I am not setting any trend. I am just doing something new that I always wanted to do" says the actor. However, he has not shut his doors for television serials. "If I get an exciting and challenging role that takes me forward, I would definitely do it," he says, adding he is fed up of saas-bahu sagas and routine roles on television.
