There has been a lot of hard work and sweat involved behind Rosa Catalano’s breath-taking stunts which she is seen displaying on Color’s 'Khatron Ke Khiladil'.

Under the guidance of internationally acclaimed Yoga teacher Bikram, Rosa goes through her daily yoga session in the heated room temperature of 40 degree Celsius.

“Believe me, the room is extremely hot and performing your yoga in such heated conditions isn’t at all easy. But gradually with time one gets habitual to it. But these efforts are worthwhile since you feel afresh and earn mental peace after every session. It really makes you feel relaxed from your daily tensions,” says Rosa Catalano.

Well, the charming Italian lady does take her yoga very seriously since she is planning to become a yoga teacher herself in the near future.
